Billing questions

Is the free plan really free?

Yes, the free plan includes 25 videos, one widget and up to 2,000 views a month, no credit card required. Upgrade only when you outgrow it.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Any time, from the billing page. Upgrades apply immediately; cancellations stop future renewals and keep your account on the free tier.

What counts as a widget view?

Every time a visitor sees your embedded widget we count one view. Product clicks are tracked separately and never count against your limit.

How does the video limit work?

The limit applies to videos in your library across all feeds. Deleting a video frees up a slot instantly.
